Reaction Timer

A very simple to use reaction timer game for novelty use.

Select a maximum random start delay time of between 1-60 seconds (default 10 seconds) and click on the Start Timer button. A random delay period will commence. Get ready to press the Space Bar on the computer keyboard at this point. When the random delay ends, the computer speaker will beep and the reaction timer will start. Press the Space Bar as quickly as possible and read off your reaction time. The status bar displays additional information and instructions. Have fun!

The accuracy of the timer does vary very slightly due to processor loading.

Click on the Zip icon to download timer.zip. No installation is required. Extract the program file Reaction Timer.exe and run it. Requires Windows ®. Tested with Windows XP and 2000.
